Melanie Levitt, PsyD is completing a 2nd year post-doctoral fellowship. Dr. Levitt completed her undergraduate training at Drexel University. She obtained her masters and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. During her doctoral program, Dr. Levitt spent four years researching anxiety in Latinx youth. Her dissertation focused on sensory processing patterns, externalizing behaviors, and emotion regulation. Dr. Levitt has completed training in assessment and therapy at various settings including community mental health, a psychiatric hospital, residential, juvenile forensic placements, and outpatient offices. Her areas of interest include Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), trauma, and sensory processing.
