Dr. Madeline Chadehumbe, MD
Dr. Madeline Chadehumbe, MD, Chief Medical Officer at NeurAbilities Healthcare, is a board-certified child neurologist specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders, headaches, and neurological conditions. She earned her medical degree from the University of Zimbabwe and completed her pediatric residency at Michigan State University, followed by a child neurology residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
Her clinical focus includes self-injurious and aggressive behaviors in autistic patients, as well as dysautonomia, epilepsy, and 22q11.2 deletion syndrome. Dr. Chadehumbe is deeply committed to improving the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Erin Falco, RD, PRCFMP, DIFM
Erin Falco, RD, is the owner of Root Health Nutrition and Wellness and specializes in nutritional psychiatry, gastrointestinal health, and eating/feeding disorders. She earned her BS at Montclair State University and completed her Dietetic Internship at UMDNJ.
Erin has advanced training from the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM), holds certification through DIFM (Dietitians in Functional Medicine), is certified as an ADHD specialist through Psychiatry Redefined, and completed her Integrative Functional Psychiatry fellowship with Dr. James Greenblatt.
She presents at both the state and national level on autism and mitochondrial disorders, and advocates for a biopsychiatric approach to mental health. Erin’s passion lies in helping families and healthcare providers uncover the root causes impacting emotional and physical well-being.
