Executive Leadership Team

Andrew Holstein, MBA

Chief Executive Officer

Andrew (Drew) Holstein serves as the Chief Executive Office of NeurAbilities Healthcare, utilizing his decades of healthcare leadership and business experience to lead the organization forward with a patient-first approach.

In prior roles, Drew oversaw the performance, operations, and overall development of hundreds of centers and hospital-based locations across the Northeast region of the country. He possesses vast business development experience including hiring, training, and supporting other high performing professionals.

Drew is a firm believer in servant leadership, thus always putting patients and families first while providing ample professional development opportunities to fellow team members so they can learn and advance their skillsets.

Taking that leadership philosophy a step further, Drew emphasizes that quality care and business success are not mutually exclusive, but rather go hand in hand. He believes that recognizing team members for their valuable contributions is always worthwhile.

Drew holds a BA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Scranton and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Temple University. He is also an Innovative Healthcare Leadership Executive Program graduate through Stanford University.

Family is Drew’s passion outside of the office, and as a father of four, he understands parents and caregivers wanting what is best for their children. He holds himself and the rest of the NeurAbilities team to these same standards.
