“I am very passionate about enhancing the quality of life and independence of each patient we serve,” Erin shares.
Throughout her career, Erin has specialized in working with children who have complex medical needs and multiple diagnoses across physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. Her expertise spans clinical operations, compliance, and quality assurance, where she has developed monitoring systems, implemented quality assurance protocols, and mentored emerging clinicians. She is dedicated to balancing operational efficiency with high-quality clinical care, ensuring that every patient has access to ethical and effective treatment.
Erin was drawn to NeurAbilities because of its commitment to both its patients and its team.

Erin earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University and her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Wheaton College.
When she isn’t helping our team transform patient lives, Erin enjoys hiking and spending time with her three dogs.
