Jessica Cooke, M.Ed, BCBA, LBS
“What drew me to this field was a curiosity for the science of behavior and its potential to change lives. What has kept me in this field for over 20 years is being able to support meaningful change to families, in particular the underserved and otherwise marginalized,” Jessica shares.
Throughout her career, Jessica has specialized in trauma-informed care, program development, and compliance with state and funder regulations. She has led clinical teams across various settings, developed staff training programs, and implemented data-driven strategies to improve patient outcomes. Her experience spans early intervention, school consultation, and adult services, where she has worked with individuals with complex medical, intellectual, and developmental needs.
Jessica was drawn to NeurAbilities because of its multidisciplinary approach to care.
“It’s inspiring to work for an organization that is redefining what comprehensive care can look like,” she says.
Jessica earned her Master of Special Education with a focus on Advanced Practice from Holy Family University and completed her BCBA coursework at Florida Institute of Technology. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
