Julie Hehman joined the NeurAbilities team in October of 2022, serving as an ABA Regional Director for behavior services in our Central and Western PA Autism Treatment Centers.

Julie has worked in health and human services throughout her professional career. After earning her Master of Health Administration from University of Pittsburgh, Julie worked at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), formerly serving as Director of Operations, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Additionally, she received a certification through UPMC for Leadership Development Intensive.

Her decision to enter the field of ABA services stems from her passion for building and nurturing relationships and helping people access services to support them in their growth.

“The ABA field promotes a strong relationship between clinicians and administrative and operations staff. Being part of a team that nurtures such a collaborative environment has made building and maintaining those relationships enjoyable and rewarding.”

As NeurAbilities continues to expand, Julie is excited to share the excellence in compassionate care we provide to families across the central and western regions of PA.

Julie lives in the greater Pittsburgh area with her husband and twin daughters. She’s an avid runner, camper, reader, and fun mom among other things!
