As a behavior analyst and a supervisor, Dr. Nepo finds enjoyment in finding solutions to a problem or barrier by using her creativity. She embraces teamwork and professional development to support patients and their families. Additionally, Dr. Nepo has done extensive research on the use of commonly available technology for behavior interventions. She has presented her research, publications, and clinical experience at local, national, and international conferences. “I find that different forms of technology can be great tools for both my patients and my team members.”
In addition to her role at NeurAbilities, Dr. Nepo holds leadership positions at the state and international levels in the field of behavior analysis and is actively collaborating on research projects with local universities such as Temple and Capella University.
