Susan Glassman-Gettes, PhD

Child & Adolescent Psychologist

Susan Glassman-Gettes, Ph.D., is a child and adolescent psychologist serving patients through our diagnostic center in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Glassman-Getts has her Doctor of Clinical Psychology from Union Institute, her Master of Arts in education from Acadia University and her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Towson University.

Drawn to the field by her desire to help children and adolescents reach their full potential regardless of what obstacles they face, Dr. Glassman-Gettes applied her skillset primarily in the role of a consultant psychologist prior to joining the NeurAbilities team. She came to our team because our missions aligned so tightly.

“NeurAbilities’ strong mission and professional employees embody the commitment we all make to help children and their families live the best lives they possibly can.”

A three-time published professional with advanced high level teaching experience, Dr. Glassman-Gettes taught in both public and private schools in addition to serving as an adjunct professor at colleges across eastern Pennsylvania including Holy Family College, Rosemont College, Montgomery County Community College, and Arcadia University (formerly Beaver College). She is also an active member of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association and has expertise in wilderness and nature therapy using the natural world as a therapeutic modality.

In her free time, Dr. Glassman-Gettes enjoys running and spending time with her family. She also serves as a Trail Ambassador for The Wissahickon Valley Park.
