If you are an existing patient at NeurAbilities Healthcare you have convenient access to your patient records, staff communications, appointment scheduling, prescription refills, online bill pay, and more… via your personalized Patient Portal. Please select from the two options below to access the portal appropriate for your services…
1. Log into your Advanced MD patient portal and click the Request Appointments icon.
2. Select Follow up In Office or Follow up Telehealth from the Reason for Visit menu, then confirm your choice in the Telehealth or In-Office menu.
3. Choose your preferred appointment date and time from the available options, then click Confirm Appt. Verify details on the confirmation screen. If changes are needed, please call the office.
