The AdvancedMD Patient Portal is for all medical and diagnostic services. For your personal login information, please reference your communications and emails with our team.


1. Log into your Advanced MD patient portal and click the Request Appointments icon.
2. Select Follow up In Office or Follow up Telehealth from the Reason for Visit menu, then confirm your choice in the Telehealth or In-Office menu.
3. Choose your preferred appointment date and time from the available options, then click Confirm Appt. Verify details on the confirmation screen. If changes are needed, please call the office.
