NeurAbilities is excited to announce that Dr. Anecia Reynolds, psychiatric nurse practitioner, has joined our interdisciplinary team of practitioners in the Voorhees, NJ location!

Dr. Reynolds has worked in outpatient behavioral health settings over the course of her career, providing assessment and treatment services, including medication management. She provides a full spectrum of care for individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. While she specializes in treating adolescents to young adults, she takes a family approach in her practice with the understanding that often times an entire family unit needs support. She also finds that engaging patients to be active participants has a positive outcome on their care. “I believe in empowering my patients to be involved in their treatment. I want them to feel a sense of control,” shares Dr. Reynolds.

Over the years, Dr. Reynolds has participated in many community efforts, including, most recently, establishing an LGBTQIA+ committee and providing ongoing education on transgender health for nursing students. “I am passionate about and committed to offering gender affirming healthcare and trauma informed care to the community.”

Receiving both bachelor’s and Doctoral degrees from Rutgers University, Dr. Reynolds is now an adjunct professor for undergraduate nursing students at Rutgers in Camden County. She is married to a chef and mom to her dog!
