Jennifer Schwartz, BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, providing supervision and ABA therapy at NeurAbilities Healthcare’s Autism Treatment Center in King of Prussia, PA.

Jennifer developed a love for working with children with autism when she was just in high school. “I worked at a daycare center,” she recalls, “and one of my students worked with a behavior therapist. I was so amazed by the progress the student made with the therapist that I was inspired to learn more about ABA. I didn’t look back.”

After earning a degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Binghamton University in New York, Jennifer gained additional experience at The New England Center for Children in Massachusetts providing direct therapy, case management, and staff and family trainings.

“I think family training is such an important part of ABA therapy because it gives parent/caregivers tools and skills to make the connections with their child they once thought were impossible to have. There is nothing more reinforcing for a therapist than the smile of a parent whose child has made eye contact with them for the first time.”

Jennifer has provided ABA therapy and supervision in both home and residential settings. When asked about the value of ABA for children with autism, she shares “ABA is a proven and effective method in teaching children with autism. Using ABA, I can help individuals learn the skills they need to live a more independent life.”

In her free time, Jennifer loves to hike, swim and cook.
